208 Days to Go: 9 miles plus

About crippled myself on this run. I was really surprised how sore I was afterward. The run itself was not bad at all. I felt surprisingly good all the way until the very end where I started to drag. My IT band got sore where it connects to the hip. But now two days later as I write this, I feel fine! That’s one thing that has really been noticeable as my fitness improves is that I recover much quicker even from killer workouts.

Listened to some really interesting audio on pyschological drugs. I am more convinced than ever that most ADHD cases are not neurologically driven
