233 Days to Go: Recovery Brick

Did a very short bike run brick today. I have noticed a very interesting pattern in the last few months. There is incredible benefit to active recovery over complete rest. I think the blood circulating through the muscles helps speed the healing and flushing of lactic acid. That being said it is tempting to push too far and then wind up making the whole situation worse. But, today was a great example of a short exercise that I feel is speeding up recovery. Listened to a sermon by Ravi Zecharias on world missions and was very encouraged and motivated.
