302 Days to Go: Bike Run Brick
0 mile recovery ride plus 20 minute brick. The most notable thing about this workout was how well I felt for the run. Initially, for the first minute, the run felt ridiculously wearisome. But then my legs started loosening up and I felt like a machine. It was a cool feeling. I finished the 20 minutes and felt like I actually wanted to go more. I refrained since the whole point of a recovery week is to recover. Still not 100 percent since my virus. My lungs have junk in them which makes deep breathing difficult. Another great aspect of today’s workout was adjusting the seat. I traded out seat’s for a wider one that Nate Logan had given me. (ok, this is downright embarrasing. Nate Logan is pretty much my sponser. He bought me pretty much the sweetest, badest wet suit money can buy, gave me the seat I’m using, and let me use his Garmin 305 which is pretty much the most incredible training device known to man. Thanks Nate.) The seat felt great after an hour, which is not usually the case!
