331 Days to Go: Jungle Run and Swim
Interesting run today. Went west from Glenwood instead of East. It was nice for about 1/2 mile and then the pavement ended and it was like running on a trial through a jungle, over logs, under tree branches. Finally broke out into a gravel quarry. Pretty fun, but not too efficient. Swam afterwords for about 20 minutes. A bit of shoulder pain for some reason. What looks like a cloud in the picture is actually steam rising from the jungle.
