351 Days to Go: Running in Heat
Great day running. I thought my knee would be a real problem today, but it ended up being fine. It has a dull ache now after the run, but all in all, it feels amazingly well. Ran in what seemed like blistering heat with high humidity down by the greenbelt. When I was finished I felt like some kind of freak show just drenched in sweat. Seriously ugly. I am so thankful for a healthy body. Thank you Lord for letting me run today.
