SICKNESS STRIKES
Got way destroyed on a flu this weekend. Taught at a men’s conference in Caldwell and threw up between both sessions came home and lay in the fetal position for 20 hours. Got up, went to church and then lay down again for another 24. Lisa got it worse than I did. Needless to say that is bad timing. Oh well, God knows what I need in terms of training.
