75 Days to Go: Half Marathon

Ran a half marathon today in almost exactly two hours. That is slower than I would have normally done it because about half way in my knee kinda did something weird and I had some sharp pain. So I walked for about 8 minutes and then ran slowly to let in loosen up. It felt fine again by the end of the run. I had rashes on the insides of my legs as they rubbed together. I guess its time for body glide. I always scoffed at that kinda stuff. Open mouth; swallow pride; buy the glide. I was certainly tired by the end. I was also really hungry.
