82 Days to Go: Crushed in All Directions
Did a long bike today which was after my long run yesterday which is hard to do. In addition to that, the wind was crushing me from all directions. There was one point when I was having to pedal downhill going 25mph compared to a normal day where I coast at around 35-40mph. Wind is amazingly defeating.
I feel impossibly unprepared for the ironman in 11 weeks. I have been very good at sticking to my schedule, but I have no idea how this is going to be even remotely possible.
Listened to a sermon on the DaVinci Code. Very interesting stuff. Also listened to a sermon on understanding the origins of the Bible as we have it today. Also very good.
