110 Days to Go: Recovering

Took a solid 4 days off without doing a thing to let me hamstring heal up. It felt very solid after a 60 bike and a 60 run. I am thankful and hope it continues to heal. Very hard to know how much to push it. I’m going to swap out next week’s recovery week for this week’s training week to help in the healing.
