121 Days to Go: Hammy Issues
Woke at 4:45 at got on the bike for an unfun 3 hour ride. Seriously so boring. My hamstring hurt for a while today and still hurts several hours later. I am quite concerned that it is getting worse and not better. I may call Tony B. and see what he can tell me. Watched a Voice of the Martyrs video on Richard Wurmbrant who was tortured for Christ in the communist camps. It was very disturbing but neat to see his trust in Christ and ability to praise those who beat him.
