123 Days to Go: Recovery Day

30 swim, 15 weights, 45 bike, 15 run. By bench press is pathetically weak. I am honestly so embarrased. I saw a bench with a 35 pound plate on both ends and was pretty much content with that weight. The last set I bumped it up to a 45 pound plate. Seriously, I am a weakling. During swimming focused exclusively on form. It is amazing how much difference it makes when I swim efficiently.
