142 Days to Go: Biking on a Trainer
Nick Tigli kindly gave me a trainer to practice on. That saves a lot of time. Today I just woke up at 5:00 pulled on my bike shorts, filled up my water bottles, hooked up my laptop and was peddling by 5:10. That represents some decent saving in efficiency. I rode for 3 hours which is a long time to sit in one place. I did get a lot accomplished and it was very, very nice to have a laptop to work on while biking. I am sore and wondering how an hour run tomorrow will feel being as tired as I am. Longest week yet.
