151 Days to Go: Decongestion Techniques
Ran for 60 and swam for 20 today. I was so congested before I started I couldn’t even force a breath through my nostrils so the amazing feeling of freely breathing through the nose after about 20 minutes of running made it all worth it. I felt decent even though I was on the treadmill. Listened to 10 chapters of the book of Judges and then practiced technique drills in the pool. I definitely noticed that my arms were tiered after running which is a sign that my form is too stiff.
