159 Days to Go: Recovery Week!
60 minute run from my house today. I ran at around 5:30pm which is extremely nice. Lisa graciously let me sleep in this morning and let me run in the pm which was very refreshing. By the time I finished the run it was pitch black and I saw the moon breaking through the cloud cover. At the same time I was listening to the song by sovereign grace called Valley of Vision and it was a pretty epic moment. I just love that song and love being outside and experience God. Ran to HP and around their greenbelt a couple times and then came home. Great run.
