161 Days to Go: Week 7 Workout Summary

This week was pretty much maximum expenditure for me. The runs is what kill me. I feel pretty beat up after a 75 minute run. The run itself feels great but the post recovery strain is intense. Two 75 minute runs and a 60 about does me in.

Here is a breakdown of this week:

Mon: 75 minute run.
Tues: 150 minute ride
Wed: 75 minute run. 45 minute bike back to back
Thurs: 60 minute bike. 15 minute run back to back
Friday: 60 minute run. 60 minute swim not back to back.

Thankful for the time. Thankful for my job that allows such flexibility. Thankful for my wife who lets me leave early. Thankfulness rules right now.
