191 Days to Go: Body not Recovering Well

My running muscles are baked for some reason. I have an hour run scheduled for tomorrow but I think common sense dictates I need to forgo it. I may insert some low intensity biking to make up for it. I just feel my muscles need time to recover. They are sore and I am at the very upper limit of what I am capable. I got a long row to hoe here. Increasing volume per week makes a way bigger difference than I envisioned. Very interesting.
