199 Days to Go: One Hour Trot
Dead even splits for one hour is very encouraging. Normally I trail off on the last two miles but this time every split was within 6 seconds. I basically just averaged 8:40/mile all the way through. It was raining the entire time and it felt so exhilarating to run in the drizzle even though it was a cold, cold December drizzle. Listened to an incredible sermon that helped adjust my perspective on a few issues. Very helpful. Thank you Lord!!!
